Arden Floor Lamp
The Arden Floor Lamp in Natural is 45cm across and 150cm high, with a wide shade on a slim stem. At 150cm the shade sits above a seated head, so the light falls past you rather than into your eyes. The 45cm shade throws a broad pool.

Floor lamp height decides whether the lamp is useful or annoying, and 150cm is the right side of the line. Below about 140cm the bottom of the shade lands at eye level for anyone standing, which means looking straight at the bulb.
At 45cm across the shade is wide, which spreads the light over a seating group rather than concentrating it on one chair. That makes it a room light rather than a reading light.
The caveat follows from that. A wide shade at this height is not a reading lamp; the light is too diffuse and too high. Pair it with something lower beside the chair if reading is the point.

Our two-person team carries your piece into the room of your choice, unpacks it, assembles it where needed and takes the packaging away.
Delivery price: one price per order, set by the largest service in it. Furniture and rugs come white glove, metro from $199, regional from $349. Mirrors, art and large decor or lighting come by room delivery, from $149: two people place them in your room, without hanging or installation. Lighting ships by courier from $49. Smaller decor ships by courier from $25, usually free on decor orders over $350. Some remote areas are quoted after you order.
In-stock pieces usually arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Out-of-stock and made-to-order pieces can take up to 12 to 16 weeks. We'll confirm your timing and call to book your delivery.
Restricted access: stairs, tight corners, a long carry from the truck or no parking nearby add $79. Lifts are fine.
